It was said about the tribes of Badrachelam, “They are the people who have never seen a light, never put on proper clothes, does not know about education, who eat mud for hunger, who still hunt humans.” In 2010 Director George visited this village and filled with compassion for them when he saw children lacking proper clothing, shelter, education, and food.
Small children were sitting and eating mud, resulting in swollen stomachs and disease. Director George then decided to purchase a piece of land and establish a children’s home for Thirty Children, These children now grateful for what God has done in their lives. Helping Hands India is currently providing three meals a day, shelter, education, to these children.
